The song Vaporize the Rain is different, has a classical touch. What happened?
Charlie lives for riffs. Plucking the mainriff instantly gave Charlie a distant feeling of a sunshine- overloaded-hanging- in- a- hammock time, deeply wishing to be there.
This was enough to create the Bittersweet rest of it.
Funfacts:
-A long intro is far from standard, a sort of “not-done” nowadays but Charlie says it's needed to set the scene.
-No drums? No bass guitar? What?
After recording the Cello-part Charlie decided the song didn't need any of those.. So a crossover between classical and folkblues music it is…

Charlie had a splitting headache and a high temperature rising after catching a severe cold. He sang in the demo and went straight back to bed.
No clean take afterwards was good enough to replace this honest first take, with a roughness Tom Waits is known for…

The open rhyme and Repetition of Words are on Purpose here, bringing the Message. So no poor lyricism here…
If you're having an off-day, trying to improve things, you're not Beating around the Bush, are you ? Charlie for sure isn't !
-"Vaporize TR" clearly isn't the First song Charlie ever wrote…..
…..but definitely is the First song Charlie ever tried to produce himself, backed up by more than solid musicians, in this case: One Pretty Good Cellist Only..
Charlie will wait to bring Vaporize the Rain out on Spotify since a Listening Song normally is nr 5 or 6 on an EP.
It' s a crafty song, but it's too far off for a good first impression.
This song won't set Charlie off as an emerging Britpop Artist, as he's certain the next upcoming ones definitely will………

Charlie thinks it would fit nicely under a moviescene or commercial though. What do you think? Any Suggestions?
